"I received an initial inspection by Ty and he found a number of shingles that had been torn off and several that were bent by a recent storm. We contacted my insurance company and they came out within a few days. After inspection, they determined there was damage and the roof needed to be completely replaced (including my shed roof). The work began about two weeks earlier than expected and they had it complete in one day, started around 7:30 am and wrapped at around 2:30. Overall, very satisfied with the work and the way everything was handled!"

The GAF Shingle & Accessory Limited Warranty provides a Lifetime limited warranty term and 10-year 100% coverage period during which GAF will provide both installation labor costs and replacement GAF products necessary to repair your roof due to a manufacturing defect for 10 years.
A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
