"Honestly, they made the process so quick and easy. I call requesting assistance and within an hour someone was at my house giving me a temporary fix until they were able to do a full inspection. The best part about it was that it was seamless. Meaning they show up on inspection day, shared the pics of my roof and recommended only what was needed. "We needed a roof replacement due to hail damage. Our old roof was only five years old. We did not go back to the previous company because although their workmanship was good their communication was poor. Communication was not an issue with Roof Fix. From the first contact to schedule an appointment, meeting with the estimator, coordination with the job supervisor, and service with the installation crew every step along the way was a pleasure. Roof Fix kept in touch with us and kept us up to date on expectations and schedules. Sergio and his installation crew were extremely efficient, hard working, and professional. From the time the shingles were delivered in our driveway until the job was completed took less than 24 hours. They were very careful to protect our landscape plants and were exceptionally through in clean up after the job. Roof Fix even managed the communication with our HOA and our insurance company. After the job was complete the supervisor came by and walked the entire roof for quality assurance. I hope that we never need another roof, but if we do we will call Roof Fix."

"I've had 2 roofs replaced by Roof Fix in the past couple years. Both roofs were bid on by multiple roofing companies. Emmett at Roof Fix gave very competitive bids on both. As far as $ cost Roof Fix came in middle of the pack but the quality materials used and company workmanship warranty saved me $hundreds on my homeowners insurance. Emmett uses a 1080p drone for the inspection so no worry about someone falling off your roof. I am an amputee due to falling off a roof. Both jobs were done exactly at the quoted time-frame. "We were searching for a reputable roofing company to replace our damaged roof. We elected to meet with a rep from roof fix for an estimate. From the very beginning of the process to the end, dealing with roof fix was a pleasant experience. Tim met me at the house and did an inspection of the roof, talked about options, discussed the process and provided us with an estimate. They dealt directly with the insurance company, and the estimate was clearly written as to what the homeowner was responsible for outside of the insurance coverage. Alonso Granados and the crew did a great job, Alonso kept me informed of the progress and sent me pictures of the work. He was responsive to any questions I had and made sure I was happy with the work. He followed up with me after the job was done. Others were involved in the process, Mason and a few others followed up with an inspection of the work the following day and reached out to me if I had any questions or concerns. I dealt with Amanda in the billing department and she was very responsive to any questions I had and was able to keep me informed of any updates. "Our Roof Fix experience was Exceptional replacing our roof. From the first contact with the Roof Fix representative, to their team members we worked with through project completion, all sought and ensured our total satisfaction. As with the vast majority of homeowners, replacing a roof is not a process where there’s a lot of common knowledge/experience. Having done our due diligence research, it was clear their initial presentation was top notch and preemptively answered the bulk of our questions and concerns. As the Team Lead, Mason maintained consistent communications with us via phone, text and in-person addressing any and all issues and/or concerns. Like-wise, Sergio and his team did an incredible job closing out the project by putting the finishing touches to guarantee our property was is the same condition prior to the project construction. Bottom-line…Roof Fix “Did what they said they would do.” They stood by their word before, during and after the entire process. While we sincerely hope another roof replacement is not in our near future, Roof Fix would be our “go-to” option."

"Roof Fix now offers Home Fix and I had a water leak behind a wall that needed attention. I called Roof Fix and they had a licensed plumber at my door the same day!! Mark was outstanding really new his stuff and located the leak in minutes. He was able to fix the leak in no time. Of course a hole in the wall is to be expected but Home Fix also sent out their wall expert Jonathan. He and his partner were able to put new sheetrock. I offered to paint it myself and they insisted they paint it! They wanted to make sure it was done to perfection!! I was floored with the professionalism and the outstanding customer service. They took the worry from me and I'm beyond happy that this is no longer on issue, which could have resulted in major damage $$$. I can't thank Duane and his team enough. "I want to start off by saying that I had contacted several roofing companies before Roof Fix took the job. Roof Fix was the only company that continued to stay in contact with me even after all the complications with the insurance company. I had several issue with other companies that just weren’t interested in dealing with my insurance company or the complexity of dealing with a flat roof ( that needed a lot of repairs) and I believe because of those 2 reasons several sales reps just stopped messaging me. Joshua the assistant sales manager stayed on top of the insurance company he was very patient and made sure we got the most to insure we would get a quality roof, he went above and beyond! Alex, Miguel, and the crew were very professional, his crew worked, quickly but efficient. They communicated very well with me throughout the entire process and reported any additional issue that came up. Unfortunately for us it rained shortly after the roof was completed and we woke up to leaks in places we didn’t have before and our kitchen and garage were flooded. This happened on a Sunday and Alex was very responsive in working to get the issue resolved. One of the crew members came out that same day to patched up the leak site from the outside and within the week Alex had a crew member scheduled to come out to repair the ceiling sheet rock that was damaged from the leakage. Mitch came out to do a final inspection, Alex and a couple of his crew members came back to address and fixed the issues that came back from the inspection, due to the cold weather their were some places that weren’t drying properly so they took care of that. Overall, it was a great experience Roof Fix and their team did an outstanding job to insure the job was done correctly. Throughout my entire time working with any of the contractors I never had any issues getting in contact with anyone and everyone on the team was very communicative in explaining what they were doing."

"Roof Fix did a SUPER job replacing my roof in the fall of 2020. The experience of working with Roof Fix was EXTRA-Ordinary! Who knew a roof is really part of a whole system…not just shingles??? They repaired all the rotten wood of the decking and fascia. They replaced the felt and put on new gutters. When they say they are giving you a roof for life …they mean it! I had called and met with several other roofers and it was clear that Roof Fix was the company I wanted to work with. I was concerned with cost because of their commitment to doing the job perfectly.
