"I highly recommend Roff Roofing after they came to the rescue of replacing my 25 year old leaking roof! First off, they are the nicest guys and are family run. I’ve been researching several roofers for the past 5 years and Roff Roofing were the best in answering all my questions and were also reasonably priced even with their highly rated products from top to bottom. They invited me and my wife to their showroom and helped us in picking the shingle colors (Atlas Pinnacle Pristine Black) which goes perfect with our home. They patiently scheduled their services around my solar company who had to remove the panels first. Their hard working crew was so professional/clean and they produced exceptional quality work. The owner, John, and his sons, John Jr and Kyle, were all closely involved with the whole project. John Jr even reinstalled a shutter that fell during hurricane sandy and replaced an air vent in my attic which was improperly installed by the original builders AND did both services for free which was so nice of him (he even had to make extra trips to Lowes for materials)! "John showed up to check out our roof after we saw a damp spot in the master bedroom. You can go on your roof with him or he'll show you pictures of your problems. There is no pressure to replace or buy anything. John goes over all your options and explains everything in detail. He'll hand you a booklet with a wide array of colors and shingle types if you decide to replace your roof. He'll also show you the vent types they will install. The builder on Helms Mill Road cut a lot of corners, so we opted to replace. John was able to show us houses he did, so you can see the different shingle types and colors. The owners I checked with all recommended Roff and were very happy with the work The Roff team showed up at 7:30 and went right to work. Each employee knows their responsibilities and gets to it. They are an efficient, professional and respectful team. They moved and covered the furniture on my deck, treating my property like it was their own. They tear the roof down to the plywood. Your roof is then sealed, wrapped and shingled. They upgraded the ugly white PVC and cheaper venting with higher end products that match the color of your shingles. The roof looks beautiful. They did a great job. They cleaned up everything. I saw them walking behind our vinyl fence to make sure there was no roof paper left behind on my neighbor's property. They make sure your property looks exactly like it did before they showed up. They did the entire job in a single day. They do more than just roofs. We're also using them for additional home improvement work. Again, John will show you a lot of impressive work they've done from decks to kitchens. It's a family run business that does not cut corners. I highly recommend them and am glad we used them."
