"R L Roofing fixed a couple of problem area on my roof (aged boots and ridge line that needed flashing) that were causing water stains in my ceiling in a few spots. Another roofing company tried to sell me a whole new roof for thousands of dollars that was not necessary! Got the needed repairs done for around $1200. Dean and Dusty are true professionals. Courteous and customer focused with great follow through. It's refreshing to find a good roofing company that is more concerned about their integrity and reputation than making a quick buck from unsuspecting customers. Highly recommend them, 😉👍"

"We asked RL Hayes roofing to come out and tell us if we had life left on our roof and if anything needed to be repaired or replaced. They had great response time! Office and guys in the field were all very respectful, responsive and professional. We were not sure if our roof indeed needed to be completely replaced or just repaired and we're in search for an honest assessment. Hoping to find a roof company who would be honest and not just trying to get paid. We called RL Hayes roofing after many quotes. The guy who came out went over all areas that needed repaired and what the life expectancy left on our roof was. Even though we were told the same thing by several other companies we went with R. L. HAYES roofing because of how respectful they were and how well they communicated! We spoke with 4 different people during the process, including the owner and felt appreciated and respected by each. We even asked for an additional replacement the morning of and they did what they had to do to make that happen! Respect, honesty and professionalism go a long way! We could not be happier with our experience with this roofing company and the quality of their work!"

"R.L. Hayes Roofing & Repairs is absolutely the best. When one thing brakes other things follow and in saying this, my water heater broke, my air conditioner broke, my car shut down and then the roof needed repairs for the longest. Water was raining in my Master bedroom. We had to remove everything totally destroyed. I reached out to R.L. Hayes and I remember before the shut down due to covid-19 they came and did a free estimate on my roof. I couldn't afford to get it fixed and was getting "not so friendly and reasonable" quotes from others. But I held on to that quote statement for dear life. When we were able to, after we fixed other broken things, I pulled that statement out and made that call. I will never ever regret it. Mr. Hayes and his staff was so kind, reasonable, and most of all understanding. I thank them all day everyday and will tell everyone about them. If you ever, ever need roof repairs no matter how big or small you better call R.L. Hayes. Trust me they will get it done. I'm waiting on my R.L. Hayes tee shirt so I can advertise them. They are absolutely the best and for them to be so kind as to work with me and my budget..WOW! I love them BIG time. Please call them they are worthy of their cliental, work ethics and they are just that cool. 😁"

"Small company, I've talked to and met the owner. We have used R.L. Hayes multiple times now and will continue to use them as they have never let us down and have actually advised us on some helpful tips. Very down to earth local people who make the effort to make sure you're satisfied. Anytime I had a question about something I just texted a picture and the question and was responded to same day and if there was anything wrong it got corrected, no fuss. That's a good business."
