Reached out to the main office thinking maybe the person no longer works there. Was promised a call back that day, nothing that day nor the days that followed. I do not recommend wasting your time to even attempt to do business with this company. If they’re too busy, or short staffed now, I can only imagine what it’s like once they get your money!"
"The roof replacement job was done very well. However, we were misled by the sale person to believe that we could pay off the financed balance with a credit card; the financing company later told me I can't. Now we have to do a balance transfer and pay several hundred dollars in fees. The price is on the higher side, but the materials are better. They also redid our front gutter as a scratch and dent remedy. Overall positive experience, except the financing information error from the sales rep. —————————————- I read the owner’s reply and sent an email to the address."
