"My husband and I were referred to Rinaldi Roofing by a close friend that was very satisfied after having their roof replaced. Now, after working with the Rinaldi team, I see why they get so much referral business. They are exceptional at what they do. We contacted Rinaldi Roofing after a major flash flood, in September, that caused storm damage and a leak. Nick Rinaldi, one of the owners, personally came out to evaluate the roof immediately within a few days of us contacting them. When he came out, he was on time and professional. He was able to determine the source of the leak and other issues as well to prove it should be a covered insurance claim, which was great. From there, Rinaldi handled ALL OF THE HARD STUFF for us! They produced the necessary paperwork and photos that my insurance company (Amica) needed to process my claim and sent it to them on my behalf. The roof was completely covered, except for my small deductible. What a relief! Also, to my surprise, Rinaldi had such a rapport with working with insurance companies, that they knew my claims agent and were able to connect directly to make the process quicker and even more seamless. Rinaldi truly made what usually is a homeowner's nightmare (replacing a roof) so much less stressful! Once the roof was approved to be replaced by insurance, they did a great job of THOROUGHLY communicating the process and all of our options. Nick even came back out and sat with us to help us make the best selection - I never felt rushed when selecting shingle color and materials. As far as actual installation, our roof was larger than most houses, so it was communicated ahead of time that it would take a few days so we could prepare ourselves. The on-site roofing team was friendly, professional and did an excellent job with installation and cleanup! The roof is GORGEOUS. It looks so modern and will really make the house pop as we continue to renovate the rest of it. I can't speak highly enough about this team and the work they do. Professional, responsive, and truly masters of their craft."

"Rinaldi Roofing recently replaced our entire roof, sections of our gutter and all of our gutter guards. From the very first visit they were excellent to work with. Matt conducted a thorough inspection of our roof and provided a detailed report (including pictures) which he reviewed with us to assure there were no unanswered questions. Once we selected Rinaldi as our contractor they worked with us to select the best shingle for our house and gave us plenty of reference locations to see examples of different shingles but also their craftsmanship. I could not have been more impressed with their installation crew. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. I was blown away at how hard working and efficient they were. A special highlight is the beautiful craftsmanship of the new copper chimney flashing -just outstanding! We have approx 5,000 sq ft of roof and they completed the work in 2.5 days. At the end, they spent multiple hours doing a through clean up of every last scrap! Matt did a final walk through with us to assure we were happy with their work and we absolutely are!"
