"I cannot believe the positive reviews of this company; First after I gave him my 50% deposit they took months to get started, he just said that it was his wife's fault, that she had lost my paperwork. They replaced my roof (It didn't leak it was just old) well it didn't leak until they worked on it, afterward, it was like an indoor waterfall. I called Landen many times to only get no replies or empty promises to fix it, I finally talked to his wife, and she sent out 2 technicians who told me they could see what the problem was and would talk to Landen since it was done incorrectly and schedule a repair, but again all I got was no response. I had other roofers come out and look at it, and they all said that it was done incorrectly and causing the leaks. I have pictures, videos and statements to back up what I'm stating here. I don't know how many pounds of nails I stepped on and picked up, it was a lot. The worker who was walking around to pick them up was in a daze and just repeating cerveza. of course, there is more but I'll stop here."
