"We had a small leak in our roof that turned out to be trickier to locate than expected! After an initial repair didn’t solve it, Pete came out a few more times and was determined to figure it out. It took some time but they finally got it. We appreciated their quick response times and assurance that we would get it fixed. The work was done neatly and scheduled quickly and their responsiveness made a frustrating issue much more manageable."

Their sales person Lou was so great to deal with and involved from the initial estimate process to completion of the job. Their estimate was very reasonable. They sent a nine man crew that were very efficient. Each worker seemed to know their roles and responsibilities. The new roof is awesome. Cleanup was very thorough. If you don’t talk to Rick’s your making a mistake."
