"Reuter Roofing did work for us in 2022. We were very pleased with that they started the work within 2 weeks of us first contacting them. Everyone we spoke to was very nice. And then things took a turn when only 1 or 2 people would show up to do the work. It took them 3 weeks to complete all the work that was listed in the quote and it was only finished that quickly because we were emailing or calling multiple times a week to figure out why the work wasn't done. When we had initially spoken to them, they promised that the job would be done in a day. Some delays are understandable (weather, people calling in sick) and are to be expected. Those delays should only push the timeline out a little though. 3 weeks to replace the simplest singled roof is beyond ridiculous. I'm just really glad that we didn't have any bad weather during that time. Would not recommend if you want things done quickly."
"Reuter Roofing was amazing. They were on time a great price and we were so pleased with how clean they were. They not only moved all of the deck furniture so it wouldn't get damaged but they also placed tarps between our home and the neighbors to catch anything extra that fell. The roof looks great. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing services. Fantastic company!!"
