    "We just purchased our first home and less than 2 months in we had a leak into the house. Called Retex and Mark came out the same day to access the damage and determine a course of action. During this time they also had so many contacts to work with to address damage outside of their scope of work. They addressed every single concern we had with immediate responses. Being a new homeowner this large and serious of a problem was so scary. But having Mark and his team there made all of our fears subside and they were so supportive and communicative the whole process through! They even reached out a month after the job was done because it has rained a couple of days and he wanted to make sure everything was ok! We have learned a lot through this process and certainly Retex has gained lifetime customers! Hoping we won't have to see them that often though! But safe to say we know who to call if we have any other gutter or roof issues! Thank you Mark and all of your team who made such a difficult situation so much easier! We can't thank you enough!!!"

    "Retex roofing recently replaced my old slate roof from 1927. The professionalism, timeliness, and accommodating nature of every person I interacted with at the company was fantastic. There were several unique components of my roof replacement and they were extremely helpful working through kinks and even taking on extra headache for me. The crews were tidy and cheerful and left no trash or debris behind. In fact I think they raked up some leaves for me as well. Highly recommend."

    "Retex was always recommended to us for our roofing needs. When we discovered a leak last month, they were the first and last place we called. In the recent past, we had been told by another service provider that we should consider replacing our roof so we were a bit nervous about our estimate. Mark was extremely thorough and understanding when he assessed our roof and quickly identified that it was our pipe flashing (not our roof in general) that led to the leak. They were easy to schedule with, affordable, and very thorough in documenting their work as they replaced all of our flashing around plumbing vents. They will be our go to company for any future (hopefully not leaks) roofing needs!"
