  • "Highly recommend Restoration Network! Thank you, Thomas and Adam, for being so responsive and helping us dry out our flooded basement on Sunday afternoon. Restoration Network is very easy to work with, extremely communicative, and more than willing to address any questions and concerns that come up. Thomas was so kind throughout the entire process. He showed up at the same time everyday and was very reliable and efficient while he was at my house. I appreciate how thorough he was to ensure that we avoid any further damage or mold/mildew issues down the road."

  • "When I desparately reached out to Restoration Network concerning water damage in my home, they were very polite and helpful. They scheduled a prompt time to come assess the damage, showed up on time, spent a significant amount of time taking measurements, assessing the damage and listening to my concerns, and subsequently presented a very detailed and professional appraisal with images and mark ups to my insurance company. They made the process effortless for me, and everyone I spoke to on the phone or met in person was genuinely polite, helpful and reassuring. Due to limitations with my insurance policy, I was not able to hire Restoration Network, but if I could, I would. This team is responsive and has their act together."

  • "I regretfully had a disappointing experience with Restoration Network. From the beginning, it felt as though their primary concern was to extract as much money from me as possible, at first they acted like they genuinely cared. They came out and charge me for an emergency flood visit. I mentioned I had some water in the unfinished basement and bath floor in basement. Communication was a significant issue after day 4. Responses were either delayed or entirely absent, leaving me in a state of constant uncertainty about the status of my project. When I did manage to get in touch, it was unclear who I was supposed to be speaking with, leading to further confusion and frustration. To add to the disappointment, they showed a clear disinterest in handling smaller jobs. After initially leading me to believe they would cater to my needs, they later implied that my project wasn't "significant enough" for their attention. Overall, my experience with Restoration Network was marked by poor communication, a lack of professionalism, and an evident prioritization of profit over genuine customer service. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. Extremely disappointed. There words to me were…pound the sand and go to Angi’s list… To the response of Restoration Networks comments. They said they are willing to work it out… We called and we called and the response was the jobs not big enough pound the sand and go to Angie’s list. What more is there to work out? Then you threaten to put a lien on my property for $600 after you ignored my calls. They were going to charge $8000 for the project and we got it done for $2000. This is why or premiums go up. Reed, spoke to one of my best friends who is in this business in Atlanta Georgia and she was shocked at the treatment we received and were not willing to work with us. Our insurance company gave us a referral and we’re extremely happy with their services. We saved over 400%. Not trying to smear or destroy your company. I think if you wouldn’t use your employees to give you all 5 star reviews and let the customer give honest feedback. I’m extremely disappointed. And I only gave you one review so as to your response, I have no idea what you’re talking about, fake account. Also, I guess what you need to do is ask yourself why is it that over half of the people who gave you five star reviews… You are the only company that they have ever reviewed? Some are legitimately fake, Gmail accounts. Just a question to ask yourself before you are quick to judge me. KR"
