"At first I was very pleased with this company. I chose them because of a referral on nextdoor. They came out and gave and estimate and tapped the area for free which was indeed very nice. I was very specific with Brad that I wanted to be home when they came out because I have dogs and didn't want them upset as well as the fact I dont appreciate people being on my property when I am not there. I told him it had to be done on a Thursday or friday. They came on another day while I was at work without my permission. They did the work but when I asked how I would be able to pay them, they told me they would send a link. I reached out to Brad again after not receiving a link and then a third time. They phone number on the quote was disconnected. I tried to call Brad again and he was "unavailable" Finally on the fifth try I found a different phone number which went to their offices and someone picked up and was able to help me. It was very disappointing that I had to hunt these people down to pay them. I was going to use them for a roof replacement but honestly am rethinking that."

They also detailed how they were going to repair it, showing me pictures, drawing a diagram, walking me through it.
