"From beginning to end the experience was great. I also like the fact that Red River Roofing is part of the Oklahoma Roofing Contractors Association(ORCA). Brett came out and gave me an estimate and told me they do not ask for money up front(unlike another company that gave me an estimate). They wait until the job is finished and I am happy with the job. Once I decided to have them do my roof, we met up and Brett went over the contract as many times as I needed and explained things until I was satisfied(very patient and kind). I was then contacted by Steven (project manager) and he was overseeing the crew to make sure everything was done properly. He came out several times to make sure I was happy with results. After the job, I noticed my sewer clean out drain plug was missing. I couldn't figure out where it went. I then noticed a photo Steven had sent me of the progress and I saw the debris pile was near my sewer clean out. I believe when the crew was cleaning up they may have accidentally scooped up my cover to the sewer clean out. Steven was kind enough to offer to replace it for me. All around great service. I would use them again if needed."

"Red River Roofing did an amazing job from beginning to end. I was grateful for the information to help me make the decision to upgrade my roof because of the additional longevity it provides and the discount that became available with my insurance company. Previous companies did not remove all of the felt when my roof was replaced in previous years and it was only doing this that we recognized that we had boards that needed to be replaced. The crew that put the gutters on made us aware of ware and tare around our chimney and we were able to get this addressed as well. I was most impressed with the ladies in the office who assisted with all of the extra paperwork needed to be reimbursed by my insurance. Even months later when I needed a document for my home insurance company for a discount they were really quick to assist. It was a blessing to have so many wonderful people from Red River Roofing assist me with this process."

"I would NOT recommend Red River Roofing. The did NOT explain the 2 nail and possible effects. They did not look around for possible trouble spots. Installation punctured my AC line. Costs me another $1000 to repair. RR Roofing essentially said too bad for you we are not responsible."
