"I recently had my solar panel installation done by Ready Nation Contractors, Inc., and unfortunately, the entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. While the installation itself was relatively quick, the abysmal communication from the company and the unresolved issues have left me deeply dissatisfied. From the very beginning, I noticed a lack of responsiveness from the installers, Kenneth and Craig. Despite multiple attempts to reach them through phone calls and emails, they seemed to vanish into thin air. It was incredibly frustrating not to receive any updates or responses from them, especially when I had questions about the installation process and the functioning of the panels. To make matters worse, one of the panels in the system has never worked since the initial installation. I immediately reported the issue to Kenneth and Craig, but, unsurprisingly, it fell on deaf ears. The promised support and warranty coverage seemed like empty promises, as I have not seen any effort from the company to resolve the problem. It's evident that customer satisfaction is far from a priority for this company. The lack of accountability and professionalism exhibited by Kenneth and Craig is utterly disappointing. As a paying customer, I expected better communication and follow-through on their end. Due to this entire ordeal, I cannot recommend Ready Nation Contractors. to anyone seeking solar panel installation services. The installation might be quick, but if you encounter any problems, good luck getting any help or support from them. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a more reputable and reliable solar panel installer."
