First, I have to say how refreshing it was to have someone show up on time (every day), do exactly what they said they would do, do impeccable work and be completely courteous the entire time they were here. I will add photos at a later time. Bob House and Daniel McClary were gentlemen and customer centric. Matt, I believe their supervisor, would come out on a regular basis to check progress and quality of work. Again, I has been a pleasure working with Rasmussen, and I can't say enough about them!"
"They tore off shingles, replaced roof decking, added vents and installed new shingles in a day. Added onto our deck, and replaced wood siding with vinyl. Their prices was competitive. The project manager and the work teams are professional, organized, friendly and courteous. They got all the projects done in a timely manner. I will use them on future projects."
"The work they did was great! Got everything done in one day and did a great job with clean up. However, the office personal was not very easy to work with. Kept getting told that someone would contact me to schedule a date, but it took a long time for them to do so. Thankfully I was flexible as they called and asked if the next day would work. The financing that they suggested to use was very annoying and clunky to use. The lady at the office doesn’t seem to know how that process works and the credit company is difficult to work with. If I were to do it again, I would shop around more."
