  • "Awful communication, we had a fairy extensive project. Lots of mistakes and issues. The biggest being per our contract they would pull all required permits and they DIDN’T pull any at all. Our project was started in July of 2021 and we are still trying to get them to remediate issues they left. It’s been a month with no response. We’ve wrote several emails and called and left message for the project manager and Jose the owner. No one is responding to us."

  • "Joel and Juan are really professional. They did a suck beautiful job installing my siding and drywall. They pay attention to details. Everyone in the neighborhood said our siding looks amazing. Can’t wait to have them back for another project."

  • "Unfortunately, they are in the price gouging business. They charge $600 minimum for a visit, regardless of whether or not they can fix it or if it's within their scope of work, and also regardless of how much time it takes them to assess whether or not they can fix it. They at least seemed to understand that they are taking advantage as they said they are getting a lot of calls and needed to prioritize when I questioned them on charging $600 if they are only here for 10 minutes to decide that it's a foundation issue that is out of their scope. I get it. They run a business and whoever can pay the most is good for their bottom line. Good for them! (but bad for you....)"

  • "Called for an estimate, advised I would receive a phone call or an email to schedule time to come out. Received neither."

  • "We recently bought a house and it needed quite a bit of work seeing as it had no flashing on the west side of the house. Finding a company that was available wasn't easy, but not only was Rain City Exteriors easy to work with, it was always easy to get a hold of them. Hal came out and did our inspection for the work needed and set up our appt. They did such a good job with the flashing and our roofing. They always have us an estimate of the work needed, gave us a call of something new came up and left the property clean after the work they did. I highly recommend them for any exterior work you need on your house."

  • "GREAT company to work with! Aldo is very communicative and attentive. Nick & Eddie do a quality job, very professional, polite and considerate! When getting ready to replace the windows, they asked if the cats are OK and let us know that windows will be coming out so they won't try to take off. They did an excellent job cleaning up at the end of every work day. Would I recommend these people? Heck yah, I do! Well I be using this company again? You better believe it! The Arvin to detail when replacing my old siding to the new - just awesome!!!! 10 🌟 rating if I could!"

  • "Had water intrusion problems so wanted to replace the siding on our house. We have been very happy with the results from Rain City. The crew that was here did.a great job with replacing water damaged sheeting and structural elements on our house. The new siding looks much better than what was in place originally. I would not hesitate to use them again for future work. We ended up adding scope to the job as we were very happy with what they did."

  • "•Uncommunicative. Left me waiting for hours with zero response to calls or texts a few times, after I had left work early to be home for the meetings. •The job took weeks instead of days. •The new skylight we got was installed in the wrong place. They cut into the roof without checking in the attic and as a result we had to get a plumber out asap to reroute some venting pipes. •The skylight "tunnel" is not square in the corners; so is obviously crooked. ** There was a death in the company owners family, and I am truly sorry for their lost, but they had numerous people who could have been put in charge and taken over the job. Instead the entire things became more of a shambles. The job was already delayed with severe lack of communication by this point anyway."

  • "We used Rain City Exteriors to change our old roof which was leaking. We are very pleased with their service. They put a temporary tarp until the weather cleared to change the roof in January. When the time came to actually change the roof, the crew was prompt to arrive at 8.30 am and complete the job in 4 days. The crew was professional and courteous. We also installed a skylight through them to brighten up a room. Even though fixing the interiors of the skylight was not in their contract, Jose went out of the way to get the skylight functional by doing the interior work. They also promised to give a certificate from the roof manufacturer GAF to back up the quality of their work. We are very happy with the quality of their work and would be happy to refer them to our friends who are looking to changing the roof."

  • "We used Rain City Exteriors to remove old shakes and install James Hardie Shakes two years ago. I would use them again since they completed the job on budget, and were very competitive. It is important to let the contractor know while the job is in process if there is something that needs to be corrected instead of waiting until the end of the job. Rain City was responsive in addressing our requests to fix something that didn't seem right during the process. On our particular job, they ran out of materials and had to scramble to find supplies to finish the project which took a couple of extra days to complete. That was the only hiccup we had during the whole project."

  • "This is a first impression review (no work done). They were quick to send someone out to give an estimate/quote. Despite that I had explained at length the extent of damage to the framing, they sent someone without telling them extent of damages. He had to tell me they will have to send someone else next week as he could not do it. I may still give them a chance to take on the job, but will be looking for other contractors while i wait. Again this was just a first impression and i can not speak for their quality of work at his time."

  • "Aldo came out to give bid, nice guy, took awhile to get quote, will post again after work done"

  • "We had our siding replaced by Rain City Exteriors. The Nick brothers did an excellent job. They are nice people, very friendly. They clean the job site every day when they leave."

    - Y.Z.

  • "Overall, an excellent experience. Workman were consistently polite and responsive to my concerns. In fact, when a major concern arose, the owner came to my home to check it out. I have a moderate knowledge of how to do this kind of siding work, and their work quality appears to be very good throughout."
