  • "Wow! Most thorough cleaning ever of my woodstove. Mike did a fantastic job, above and beyond. Couldn't ask for better!"

  • "We had our annual cleaning and inspection today. We have been a customer for more than 20 years but today our technician Luke went all out not only to clean it thoroughly but also to put a camera up the chimney pipe to show us its condition. Since the unit is almost 30 years old we want to be sure that it is safe to continue to use and seeing the “insides” of the unit gave us assurance. Luke was totally transparent with us about its condition and said we will be safe to use for several more years! We couldn’t have been more pleased with this visit and Luke’s professionalism!"

  • "Quality Fireplace did a good job replacing the chimney chase cover. The estimate Quality Fireplace provided to fix the water damage in the wood framed chase was almost twice as expensive as the contractor I selected, and it included additional repair work that two other contractors said was not necessary. The clogged gutter was part of the problem on one side, and I will be getting that taken care of going forward. The original construction had issues that impacted both sides. There wasn't proper flashing including kick out flashing into that gutter. There also wasn't caulk where the mortar meets the trim."
