"During the Texas freeze of February 2021 we had a pipe in our kitchen break. Other than calling our insurance company, we had no idea what to do. A friend recommended ProNail, we made the call, and we are so glad that we did. Monica was in our home within a day, and that was amazing because we quickly learned that our problem was prolific, and construction services were already backed up. From there our experience was, well, awesome. Monica and ProNail handled everything. Settling with the insurance company, lining up and scheduling contractors, helping us with styles and colors. We had to completely move out of our house, and there were days when we weren’t even in the home at all. But Monica was - sending lots of pictures to keeping us updated on progress while she made sure the contractors did quality work. Through the process we also met Paul and Katherine. They were as kind, professional and reassuring as Monica. Our house was a big mess, and the prospect of the repair was overwhelming. But on the back end, there was nothing in the process that was hard, and ProNail and Monica made sure it was that way. Thanks ProNail team. Wow!"

"We had only been in our newly built home for 2 months when this storm destroyed our roof, gutters, and some windows. We had 3 estimates scheduled with Trish Littlejohn being the first. There was no reason to even meet with the other 2. Trish was outstanding throughout the entire process. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know every step of the way. We actually watched other roofs being repaired by other companies throughout the neighborhood and saw many of them cut corners to save a buck or two... When she heard I was a veteran she included gutters around and we were able to upgrade our shingles to a much better quality than what our builders had put on. We definitely have the best looking roof in the neighborhood!!!"

Being more than just a roofer, they were able to assist and contract many of the other repairs also necessary from wind/hail damage which made it so much easier to complete such a large job in a fairly short amount of time. "Love this business. I worked with Monica and her team to have my roof checked out due to leaks on the inside. Turns out it was the home builders issue but Monica came and helped me talk with the builder and show them the defects that were causing the leaks. After I think 4 or 5 visits with Monica being there every step of the way (even though she knew that the builders would use their own people for the repairs) builder covered costs of repair.
