"I contacted Scott to help repair a leak after a different roofing company had failed to repair it and had failed to respond to attempts to contact them. Scott came out within a few days to inspect the roof and quickly identified the source of the leak while also helping us figure out how a squirrel was accessing the crawl space below our roof. Only a few days later, Scott and his team came back to both fix the leak and remove the access point for the squirrel. Scott was professional, courteous, responsive, and took time to explain exactly what he and his crew would be fixing (including sharing pictures of the impacted areas).
