"We chose Priority Roofing to replace our roof based on the work they performed for one of our neighbors. Our roof was damaged during one of Houston's many thunderstorms. Our primary contact was Damian Hunter, Insurance Claims Specialist - Storm Restoration. He arranged the roof inspection, worked with our insurance adjuster and HOA for the roof replacement. Scheduling the replacement was painless and efficient. Damian, Mike (foreman, PM) and the crew were very professional. The materials were delivered they day before and work began 2 days later (1 day later due to rain delay). Installation started on Friday, Feb 10 at approximately 7:00 AM. The crew completed installation and cleanup by 5:30 PM. We are extremely pleased with Priority Roofing. Customer service was outstanding. Damian responded promptly to our text and calls and addressed all concerns, Crew was extremely professional and went above above any beyond our expectations. I highly recommend them should you require roof inspection, repair and/or replacement."
