"These guys were great. Brad Young and Daniel especially. They handled all of the hard stuff and went above and beyond for us as younger homeowners getting a new roof for the first time. I'd definitely recommend them. If anything, it was our insurance that was the difficult part (Farmers, definitely do not recommend them). Other than being quoted extremely low on that end, they were able to get the job done anyway and backed up everything they said they would. Got our 1800sq within about 4-5 hours once everything was good to go. If you're looking to get a new roof and stay local these guys are great."

"I've never dealt with a company where the sales rep LIED about how much I would have to pay and the company does nothing to fix the issue. He told me my out of pocket expense would be $1000-$1500 and that the company would cover the difference if insurance didn't pay the rest. Stupid me for TRUSTING them. After I gave them the initial check for a majority of the balance, they continued to send me an invoice with the original balance. They left 2 long wooden boards at my house and left blue paint from the boards on my driveway. David told me he would come back HIMSELF to clean my driveway with a wire brush. Well 3 months after the roof was done, I still have their boards and blue paint on my driveway. And you want to know the best part? Brad told me they would only fix it if they were responsible. Mind you my Caucasian neighbor's house was left clean as a whistle. It's going to be an expensive lesson for me but one that I'll never forget. I'll be telling everyone I know that this company hires LIARS who get away with telling customers a LIE in order to get their business. You've been warned."

"I am very happy with the service that I received from Premier Roofing. Jackson Duncan returned my phone call with in minutes from the time I called the office to get an estimate for a new roof. He scheduled an appointment with me to look at the roof, he was on time and very through with explanation of the process, how they work with my insurance company, etc. The work was scheduled for the time that I requested, the crew was on time and the work was done within the time frame I was given. they did a great job of protecting my property and the clean up was great. "All I can say about Adam Kubalski is AWESOME! We were in a desperate situation (two leaks inside our home after a hail storm) and he literally held our hand through the process. He and his team were absolutely incredible. It is Premier's policy to be present when the insurance company inspector comes to look at your roof, but Adam had to come twice because our insurance inspector failed to show up the first time. He went out of his way to make sure the inspector saw what he saw. My whole roof, was done in a day and he followed up with me and provided everything my insurance company needed to file the claim. My roof - from start to finish was done in less than 1.5 weeks, but only because my insurance company wasn't as fast. Even my insurance adjuster said Adam was one of the best contractors he has ever worked with. I think that speaks for itself. The county inspector came, put an approval sign on our door, all within 5 minutes of looking at it - It was that good!! Adam made the process as fast as he could, easy and we were able to find some peace of mind knowing we were in good hands. Thank you Premier for hiring such an awesome supervisor! I am keeping Adam's information in case we need him for our new home. We just sold our house for 50K above asking, and I truly believe Adam's attention to detail, the quick installation, quality, and warranty made all the difference in the world! "Field rep Christian was great. He patiently worked with us over a couple of weeks to make our decisions. His follow up was timely and informative working on Job number 2151820 Project manager Kaleb was on site several times during roof replacement and made sure we were happy with progress. The installation crew were fantastic, arrived on time and were finished way ahead of our expectation. Their clean up was far more thorough than a previous year crew. No nails or debris left around the house. In spite of having to replace our roof twice in 12 months due to hail, we are glad we selected Premier Roofing both times."

"Premier roofing just replaced my hail damaged roof with a beautiful, high quality roof! After 20 years of Pueblo hail storms my "45" year old roof was done. Christian Nezbeth inspected my roof, we contacted my insurance company and job # 2151821 was begun. Dealing with Christian easy, he delivered on everything he said- and more. He said they would probably install a higher quality roof than my original ( which was of good quality), and they did. He said he would call me on certain days, and he did. He said they would delivery the materials on a certain day, and they did. He said they would start work on a certain day, and they did. He said it would cost a certain amount, and it did. Its so refreshing to deal with companies that actually do what they promise. I am very picky about the work done around my home and I could not be happier with the quality of the singles and the appearance of my new roof! The work crew was efficient and completed the job in one day. The entire process was easy and the informative videos are excellent. "Although the door to door post storm solicitation may be annoying to "No Soliciting" Folks who are leaving all the negative reviews. I will counter, Christian came by offered a free inspection to a roof I knew would be in need of replacement due to the volume of folks in the neighborhood getting one from a hail storm. I was busy he left and offered to come back later I told him when and he did. Christian, Adam, Caleb, Mason, and the rest of the crew that assisted me and my family were very professional, patient, and hard working. "This company has shown up to my property multiple times and rang the doorbell waking my sleeping children even though we have told them, just as many times, we are not interested. I have a 12" x 12" NO SOLICITING" sign right by the doorbell for this exact reason. I asked if they were able to read, to which they replied "Yes but we are not selling anything we are just giving out free roof inspections". I thought maybe I was the only one until I just looked them up and saw all the other reviews saying the same thing. If they do not respect my sign that proves to me that they would not respect my roof, which is also proven by some of their reviews, so I am going to make sure I do not give them respect in return. Obviously the owner cares less about his potential customers because you can see the same generic response issued to each low star review for this issue. On that note, please que the same response I am referring to."

"My friend recommended Premier Roofing to me and I am very happy to share my experience with you! Noah Studebaker was our Premier Field Supervisor. I contacted him on June 18th and he was able to come over the very next day. He was professional, while also friendly and knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable right away. He explained the process to my husband and I and was there from beginning to end. He helped us with the initial call to our insurance company and came by on the day that the insurance adjuster was here to ensure that everything was seen. Noah was always available via text or call and answered my questions promptly. Our roofing materials arrived on Friday and the job was completed on Tuesday. The entire process only took one month! The guys who dropped off the supplies, the roofers, the project manager, our insurance provider and Noah all made this experience one that I truly recommend if you are looking to replace or repair your roof. Getting a new roof is something you may only have to do once in your lifetime and it is an important investment in the integrity of your home. "Work crew did not finish all the work, they damaged one of my gutters, and they left my driveway blocked for 24 hours after they left. I have not received an invoice, and the rep from Premier tryed to get me to pay for the roof work before the job was completed. Plus, before I have even seen an invoice. Terrible customer service and horrible workmanship."

"I am selling my home and the home inspector said the flashing on my gutters wasn’t properly install and the buyers requested I get the roof inspected. I got on to google to find a roofing company to call and Premier popped up with a 4.7 star rating and they definitely deserve it. I called and spoke to a very nice woman on the phone who was willing to try to understand what I was describing and try to help. She recommended having one of there guys come out a do a free roof inspection. Sam came out the next day and was super friendly and inspected my roof. You would expect a company that gives free inspections to come out and try to find something or even make something up to make it worth their while. Sam did not do that he told me my roof was in great shape, wrote up an inspection form I could give to the buyers to say the roof was in great shape and even offered to come back out and meet with the inspector if that’s what the buyers wanted. He was extremely professional and helpful. Premier is the company I would call again if I need anything in the future."
