About Us
The Kansas City branch of Premier Roofing is dedicated to serving the restoration roofing needs of single-family homeowners and multi-family communities in the area. When hail or wind causes damage to roofs in our area, we go to the impacted neighborhoods to help homeowners get their roofs restored as quickly as possible. We work with all insurance companies, ensuring the only out of pocket cost to homeowners is their deductible. We are proud to provide quality craftsmanship, straight talk, great customer service and the best workmanship and material warranties in the industry.

- "The billing process was strung out over a rather long period of time. Between the contractor and Insurance Co the billing was very confusing to the point that I never knew where we stood. Example: I was billed $600+ which I challenged and found that it was incorrect..instead the contractor owed me a $200+ credit. I can't give contractor a very high rating because of reasons mentioned."

Once they had me signature on the contract and the insurance approval, that was it for me. Besides the install of the roof there was no contact with the local office."

The project timeline was followed and I was kept in the loop each step of the way. My project representative was easy to get ahold of and answered my questions within minutes of receiving my text or email. I will be using them again if/when I have any roof issues in the future and will be recommending them to all my friends and family."

- "Please read!!!! Kansas City Branch!!! Signed on 6/5/2020 with Andrew Ford (Premier salesman). I was told that the project would start in about 4 weeks, with no contact from Primer on week 4, I called and was told that they were still working with my insurance company for approval, my insurance company said that they have not been contacted. Day of tear off and installation didn't go well either. There was no English speaking person on the crew that was sent, making communication a big issue. The crew was smoking while on my roof throwing lit cigarette but on my dry lawn. During tear off damage was done to my seamless siding that was installed 1 month earlier, I had to pay for the damage out of pocket and hope that I get reimbursed for the repair as well as others. Damaged roof vents were installed, ridge caps were incorrectly installed, damaged the gutter on the front of my house and removed rain diverters and didn't' put them back, clogged gutters over front stoop, causing run off that has now caused my front concrete steps to require mud jacking to correct. Multiple window screens were torn, shingles are bowed, a long list of other things including damage to my AC unit from falling debris, because they didn't cover the unit. A permit was never posted on my property during the work being done causing issues with my HOA. Took 3 weeks to get a copy. A Repairman Jim, showed up to my property unannounced claiming I should have been contacted by repair/warranty Admin, this was not the case. I showed Repairman Jim the issues as he noted what materials were needed for repairs, all while explaining and confirming with Jim that I needed 2 days advance notice to move my boat and vehicles to avoid damage and make sure my pit-bull is not out in the yard for their safety. As he noted that my gutter over my stoop was clogged, he didn't clear it before leaving allowing more runoff damage to my front steps.I was told by Andrew (sales guy) and Jim that they have a gutter guy that would be contacting me to schedule the gutter repair, this has never happened. After having no resolution of issues over a month after install, I started calling the KC office published number and other office locations around the country to contact the GM, Glen. I contacted my salesman and production admin requesting to be forwarded to his voicemail and have Glen contact me so that we could clear up these issues asap, with no reply from GM Glen to this day. Over a month after Repairman Jim said that he would get the materials ordered for the repairs, a date of repair has not been scheduled. Today a crew of non-English speaking gentlemen show up and start to climb up on my roof. Without being contacted by Premier I asked to see some documentation, me not speaking Spanish this took awhile, during this conversation I noticed a couple of the guy smelled of alcohol and saw open beer bottles in their vehicle. Needless to say at this point the authorities were contacted and the crew quickly loaded up their ladders and left while I was on the phone with law enforcement. I contacted the KC office right after and spoke with Kandice the production Admin and Andrew Ford, I explained what had just happened and again requested to speak with Glen the Branch GM. I was again told the information would be relayed. Andrew Ford explained that all my issues were previously relayed to GM Glen and that he should have contacted me. In all this I even sold a job for them to my neighbor for his rental property and this is how they treat me. I can't recommend this company to anyone, they have damaged my property and failed to repair damage in a timely manor in addition to damaging my reputation and friendship with my neighbors that I referred. FYI, I'm almost 3 months after installation and still do not have a certificate of completion."
- "My rep has been great and has worked in tandem with my home insurance to get my roof taken care of after hail storm damage. The crew was great and worked together to get all the necessary work done even slightly after dark on the first day. They were back the next morning to finish up. Mostly a good job cleaning up, although there were about 8-9 nails/tacks that had fallen into the open slits between deck boards. I found none on the driveway or in the grass though. Overall it was an excellent job."
