"Hello, last year we had Ricardo come out and do our roof. The work was done on time and looked great! I felt like there was great work done! Now, one year later my ceiling has a brownspot and the company has avoided having anyone schedule someone to come look at the issue, I finally after three days said are you sending anyone because it needs to be addressed and today Monday someone was supposed to come out between 3-6 pm...... Well no one has come out, they are not answering my phone calls and I have to figure out a new game plan before this issues swells into a watery mess. Please do review the photo as the real test of workmanship is the test of time. Update! Ricardo had his crew come out to inspect the damage and assess the reason for the leaking roof. They did their repairs and explained what was going on. I will have to wait and see if it holds up but Ricardo followed up this week and got the roof taken care of! Oct 2022 update Roof has not had any other issues. Ricardo has set us up for a successful roof. His work has now passed a small time test! If you are even thinking of getting a new roof. I would highly recommend them for their quality of work AND follow up customer service!"
