"Installation was great, and the sales guy was not pushy at all unlike many other companies. Cleanup crew could have done better but I completely understand it is impossible to get every spec of debris. I ended up doing quite a bit of nail removing in my yard with a magnet. The real issue I had came down to communicate and coordination. The crew and office staff were frequently out of sync and would tell me different time lines. Getting someone out to replace an small patch that was damaged during installation was a major hassle and I had to follow up often."
