  • "Look elsewhere they come in with great sells pitches and pressure you into signing with them that day. I had problems getting ahold of someone when the job wasn’t done like I was promised. Trust me you can find a better price for better service."

  • "We have a1000 square foot home and a 600 square foot garage. Salesman gave us a quote of $39,000 to re-shingle our roof. What a JOKE! Almost $1600 a square for a roof??? We are having it done for $7000 for both buildings. These guys are a joke. The sales guy who would not take no for an answer would not leave our house unless we agreed to sign a contract. Their finance rate was over 20 percent. What a joke! He finally left when I called the cops. Don't even let these guys in your house!!"

  • "I appreciate the Regional VP of Sales reaching out to me to discuss my concern and his understanding, but it doesn't change the circumstances or the frustration as an individual. I know he is escalating within his company, but here I sit with no quote and 3 1/2 hours of wasted time. Door knocking reps looking to drum up business. Small chat and more time, but I'm willing to talk since I need new windows. Explained clearly my spouse, will not be home and if she needs to be, don't bother scheduling an appointment. Talk to the corporate scheduling rep and explain clearly my spouse will not be home. Again, explained if she needs to be home, don't bother scheduling an appointment. Mentioned to the two individuals who came to do the estimate early on in our conversation, my spouse will not be home. Told them about the conversation with the door knocker and scheduler telling them don't schedule an appointment if you need my wife. After over 3 hours, considering the time to reload a closet I emptied for them to look at my attic, I received no quote. Why? Because my wife wasn't home. Again, I appreciate the understanding and acknowledgement that this shouldn't have happened, but I'm still out 3 hours of my time and still don't have an official quote. COMMENT TO OWNER COMMENTS: - Please stop using generic comments as it supports the frustration and demonstrates you don't read the true issues or care about the customer's feedback - The time wasn't the factor - I clearly laid out the expectations to everyone I talked to that my wife was not going to be there, so to say you require all owners of the house in attendance and yet you did not respect my clearly communicated expectation shows: 1 - you really don't value my household as a potential customer 2 - you completely failed to set the expectation - I was okay not having the appointment scheduled at all, your company chose to go through with the appointment and you failed to deliver."

  • "Since day one we've had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The 3 installers from the crew BDW will be highly recommended due to their professionalism. Installed all new windows and a door. We very happy with this company."

  • "I am starting with 2 stars and will see how things go moving forward. Sales team - fine, we purchased their windows, even though they are not a well-known company, becasue of the sales pitch. Lifetime warranty, ability to expand/contract with hot/cold, different and improved form of sealant, etc. We had the front windows in the house replaced - main living room window and two sliders for kids' rooms. Have had nothing but issues with quality control of the installation and the product in one room, in particular. In a few days, we will have our 4th visit to try and fix issues with the window. After installation, we noticed that window wasn't level - to the point where you could see the issues without a level. In addition, sloppy work on the manufacturing end with sealant not completely covering space between panes of glass. No problem, there can be mistakes made every now and then with any company. 2nd visit, ordered a new window and installed. Apparent fixes to the initial installation and the new window. After a few days, noticed that the entire pane of slider windows moved when moving 1 window at a time - lots of space on either side of the glass slider. 3rd visit, recently, new sliders, cut to fit apparently. A couple of days following, go to clean the inside of the glass, as it was dirty on installation, and find out that the 'easily removable sliders' won't pop out. Wheels on the bottom catching the edge of the window. We didn't go any further in trying to get the window out for fear of breaking the window. We also noticed that there were marks on the sill where possibly the latest install marked up that area from the wheels catching when fitting the sliders. There is also still room on either side of the slider pane, which defeats the purpose of preventing heat loss in the upcoming winter. We are getting to the point of demanding money back for the inconvenience. To this point, other than promises of fixing the problem and apologies, we've been given no offer of any kind as penance for the poor workmanship and repair quality and the fact that my wife and I have had to take time off of work for multiple attempts at fixing our $5000 investment. I would go with more trusted names in your area. UPDATE (11/30/15): My wife was contacted today letting us know that the new sashes to be installed tomorrow are 'not ready yet' and that it will be at least one more week, if not two, before it's ready! The service rep was not friendly, offered no condolences, and was not listening to the scheduling conflicts we had which were a major concern. After hanging up and discussing a possible new install date, my wife spoke to a new rep who scheduled a new install time for a week and a half from now. THIS IS NOW CONTACT/VISIT #5. UNACCEPTABLE!! UPDATE (6/19/21): another new set of sashes on a different window ordered due to failing seals and condensation. Due to supply issues, will likely be 5 months at least before new window comes. Stay. Away."

  • "We were blown away by the customer service and hospitality of everyone we were in touch with. The quality of the windows we had installed were absolutely top notch. Can’t recommend Power enough. Sure the sales pitch is long but they go over every detail and make sure you know what you’re getting. Our sales person was Chris Beebe, great guy! Will 100% be using Power again!"

  • "Beware of the hard fast close...their quote was only good for that day and the price would increase by $10,000 the next day making the cost of the job twice as much as comparable quotes! DO NOT SIGN anything until you are actually ready to hire them as you cannot call and cancel you must cancel in writing! Shady sales tactics in my opinion!"

  • "Power just finished our windows! Installation was quick and easy for us. Out small installation issues were handled quickly quality assurance. Best part of our new windows was they didn’t ask for any payment until they were done and inspected. Awesome"

  • "Was introduced with a free consultation for a quote on siding. They found the siding to be Asbestos as the house was built back in 1968. We were able to move forward to contain it and get a slick update to our siding. I am impressed with the work and total encapsulation of all windows, doors corners and garage their siding offers. The team who did the work were top notch and friendly and though they were unable to utilize the dumpster they had scheduled to bring (as it did not arrive and they were able to came a day earlier than expected) they were still able to collect all trash and waste to take with them. Would definitely work with this company again."

    - J.T.

  • "The representatives were very friendly and informative, the workmanship was great. My only issue is that they did not contact me for confirming the appointment for coming out. I received a call for a quality appointment before the work was done. I do highly recommend this company...they do quality work and the warranty of 50 years unbelievable!"

  • "We had something wrong with every step of our process. Aside from delay after delay, and not showing up at the time/dates they said they would, there were many quality issues. You could still see daylight in our attic after the roof instal that needed to be fixed. There were multiple miss nails are exposed and covered with clear caulk so they stick out like a sore thumb. My house sat without gutters hooked to the downspouts for over a month because they couldn't get a crew out to do the trim coil and gutters. They weren't going to cover our cutout on the back of the house with trim coil like discussed until we said something. After they did cover it, they had to come back out because it was falling off. Then they didn't even get ahold of our township for a final inspection for 6 months. We have repeatedly spoken to them about it for the last 3 months with no resolution. Now the project is long done and paid for and I still have to deal with it. The craftsmanship nor the customer service was worth the 30k. Even with the 50 year warranty I definitely feel like I was screwed."

  • "The crew that came out to install the windows were great. Very professional and very nice. Done with job and cleanup in just a few hours. The windows are good quality and work very easily. They look great too. Expensive, but you get what you pay for."

  • "Purchased windows and installation. Super great experience. The initial meeting was very informal and we were not pressure into anything. The one thing that I didn't like was we had to wait about 3 months before install due to their high volume of work. Other than that, everything went great. They said they would be there at 8 am and they arrived at 745. Very courteous and respectful and installed 8 windows in 2 hrs. Did an absolute beautiful job and I would recommend these guys to anyone."

  • "Power did an awesome job with installing our windows. They were able to accommodate us with cleaning and replacing items that were damaged at the factory. Everyone was amazingly nice and accommodating."
