And, she had a ton of patience with my 3 yo son who couldn’t help but participate in her demo. Kevin did my pre-installation inspection and was thorough when he explained the adjustments required to install some of the windows. He also helped me modify my project. My installation was done on time and the crew was polite and cleaned up when finished. Aside, from the manufacturer having made an error with three windows, my experience was positive. The windows look great and are quality and are a big improvement for my home."
