"We had a terrible experience with this business. Cody Porter did fine with a simple job (the back patio roof) but when it came to a more complex job he charged us over $2,000 but didn't solve the problem. The very next rain storm left us with water on the wood floors in the front of our home. It was the typical "chase your contractor" story from that point forward with promises, missed commitments, and evident incompetence. He essentially promised us another bid (after his ineffective work that should have already solved the issue) and blamed his sheet metal contractor for not getting him what he needed in time to get us that bid. This lasted weeks. We were eventually able to get bids from other contractors immediately and we ultimately used another company to solve our issue. Cody took advantage of our patience and kindness as we trusted him to get the job done correctly... he left us flooded each time it rained while we were waiting. ...Move on to your next option. Seriously."

A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
