"We had an unforeseen roof/deck issue at the house we were hoping to close on which prevented the bank from allowing our loan to go through until it was corrected. Chris came to see the issue on a Saturday (!) and had a very knowledgeable and capable gentleman named Sergio at the house on Monday. The problem was fixed in 4 hours thus allowing us to close. I would STRONGLY recommend this company to anyone with roof issues."

"We had a recent roof leak during one of the multiple storms that hit everyone this year, and Piedmont Roofing sent someone out the VERY next day (even though it was a wknd) to patch up the leak area. And upon further analysis (which we knew already), recommended we probably ought to look into installing a new roof as it was the original roof of about 20 yrs. When it came time for the team to come out, they sent material over within hours of deciding on which shingle we wanted to go with. And then the very next day got to WORK - IMMEDIATELY!! Because we are all working from home at the moment (due to covid), we heard how quickly and diligently they were working. I’m pretty sure outside of a brief lunch break, they didn’t stop until maybe 45 min or so after the sun went down. And then they came back to finish the job early the next morning were astounded by how quickly and professionally things were operating. We are so pleased with how it all turned out. We now have a gorgeous, strong and new roof over our heads! Cannot recommend this team and company enough!"

"We recently used Piedmont Roofing Company to replace the shingles on our roof. They did a fantastic job! They were able to come and inspect our roof to provide an quote within a few days of us contacting them, and they were able to come out and replace our roof the next week. They coordinated the drop off of the materials and the drop off and pick up of the dumpster. The area around our house was completely cleaned after they replaced the roof (they even left it cleaner than when they arrived!). The entire process was very transparent, and the price was very fair for the service we received. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for roof repair or installation services."

Chris was very thorough with the assessment, addressed all my concerns and gave me various options to move forward. I really appreciated getting the quote during the initial walk-through and felt very comfortable with his knowledge and involvement with the process (not just a sales guy). "Hello Neighbors, Recently my wife and I had the "pleasure" of buying a new roof. We had an absolutely terrific experience with The Piedmont Roofing Company which we ultimately selected. With such a big and important purchase we received quotes from a number of companies, but ultimately focused on Quality and Trustworthiness. We could just tell from all of our interactions with them him how genuinely interested in us and our satisfaction they truly were. The communication throughout the process from the initial consult and estimate, to the final product and color selection and most importantly throughout the install was fantastic. I always felt informed, empowered to speak up and share thoughts and their team was very proactive and quick to respond. Finally, the team took great care of our house, protecting it with prep, cleaning any marks from falling old shingles falling and a very thorough final walk-through fixing/ cleaning up any small things we saw while looking for any imperfections. Overall, this was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend these guys."
