"We recently experienced a small slow leak after a few continuous days of rain, we called one company who came out to make an estimate and then ghosted us (continuous attempts to contact for the estimate were made with no response). So a week later we called three more companies to get someone new out, Peak to Peak was the only one who showed up, and fixed a possible as well as provided an estimate if that didn't work for a potential larger issue on the spot. The GAF Shingle & Accessory Limited Warranty provides a Lifetime limited warranty term and 10-year 100% coverage period during which GAF will provide both installation labor costs and replacement GAF products necessary to repair your roof due to a manufacturing defect for 10 years.
A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
