"Sheri Dishman came the day after we scheduled an online appointment. She arrived early, spoke with my husband and repeated her information when I arrived later. She was very professional and kind. We were going to do siding only but were so impressed with her information and product samples we purchased siding, windows and gutters and downspouts. When the crews arrived to install, we were totally blown away by their work ethic. They installed our siding through several rainstorms. The cleanup was AWESOME. Sheri was always available for questions. She went out of her way to bring us a siding sample so that we could choose an accent color. We even received a Christmas card from her!! "We hired Paramount Builders to install new trimming and gutters around our house. I would say that the contractors did a great job installing the product. The office staff was also great communicating with us. On the other hand the sales department needs to train its staff on four vital and important areas when communicating with customers: 1. Honesty 2. Trustworthiness 3. Truthfulness 4. Thoroughness If these areas are forfeited it leaves a bad feeling for the customer. Because of these issues I could not give Paramount Builders 5 stars."

"After requesting a quote from paramount for a roof repair they were in contact with me very quickly. A salesman came to my home two business days later, measured my home and quickly gave us a quote. The issue was that we only wanted the back half of our roof replaced. We were told no problem. During his sales pitch he called his boss in front of us to confirm everything was all right with the information and the quote. We were told everything was fine and his boss even said he'd take another thousand off the quoted price. The product appeared to be of high quality but we weren't sure if we could afford it financially. We asked for a few days to go over our budget to see if we could afford it. Again "no problem please give me a call." We then get a call from there office asking to come out again and see if there was anything they could to drop the price seeing that finances were an issue. When the next representative came to our home he came in and gave us the quote for the entire roof repair. We said we were only interested in half the roof being replaced. He said "o we don't do that because we won't warranty our product on half a roof" then he said goodbye and left"
