"I am Extremely pleased with the entire experience dealing with Par One for my roof replacement. I did extensive research on roofing materials and companies. I was looking for the best in the area. From the initial call for an estimate through completion of the roof yesterday, everything and everyone at Par One was top-notch. When the crew showed up, they were on time & friendly. The crew worked together seamlessly and they did an amazing job. This company has special equipment including a gas powered lift that raises up a big aluminum container to the roof so old shingles don’t get on the ground. In the last few years I replanted new shrubs so I was concerned that they might be crushed. The crew gently hung covers around the house and at one point even stood holding up a tarp when they were working close to my pond so old material would not fall into the water. There was absolutely no mess left behind, not even a scrap of roofing material. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors. My new roof is beautiful and makes a huge difference in the curb appeal of my home."

They told me exactly what I could expect, how they would do the project, their warranty and a final price up front. From Ben, to the workers, everyone was professional and courteous. "Par One Construction responded to an emergency repair of an attic beam over the garage that snapped. Rick and Ben assessed the stability and clearly explained how to fix and replace the beam. They made our situation a priority. The Par One team raised the attic floor, replaced the beam and provided more supports to make the attic safe. The guys worked hard for 2 days and things look great! Everyone was efficient and friendly. They all made a catastrophic situation safe and a priority. Thank you!"

"My hallway bathroom is 36 sq ft. Asked for simple renovation, no fancy fixtures etc. Tub/shower replacement, flooring, single vanity with mirror and light. Quoted $23,000 by Ben from Par ONE. I still don’t understand where the large sum of money would go. Other contractors quoted 8-13k using their nicer/luxury materials. Ben was nice and professional. The quote was from another planet. I don’t know this business, they may be great and I hope they are. However, after considering for a few days, it surely seems like he was hoping to take advantage of a customer who didn’t know better."

"I had been looking to have 6 skylights fixed or replaced that were about 30 yrs old. After I was not pleased with estimates & solutions offered by a couple of companies I finally went to a building supply house in my area & asked if they could give me some recommendations. One company they recommended was Par One Construction. I set up appt with Par One & Jared came out to look things over and gave me 3 possible solutions along with estimates to fix the problems I was having with the skylights. I liked this approach instead of just saying they all need to be replaced which was the most expensive option. After presenting all the options he told us to talk it over & get back to him when we made a decision. He also gave us a time frame when the job could be done & how long it would take.There was never no pressure to decide right away which I also liked. After talking it over with my wife & thinking about it we decided to go with Par One. We liked that they gave us 3 options with estimates, a time frame when the work would be done & how long it would take. Also, the option we chose, replacing the 30 yr old skylights was more reasonable than estimates from the other companies. Bottom line.....We were pleased with the professionalism of Jared & his assistant Tyler. They were on time & completed the installation of the 6 new skylights on schedule at the cost given to us for the job. After they finished the installing of the skylights they thoroughly cleaned up the work area. We are very pleased with their professionalism, quality of skylights, quality of the work, getting the job done when promised & no additional costs. This all made our choice of using Par One a good one and a very good value. We would definitely consider using them again."

From removing the existing pressure treated wood and installing the new product they made sure the area was cleaned up and were efficient while making sure everything was properly measured and installed. "Par One construction performed a full exterior remodel on our home. This included roof, siding, wrapping windows, replacing a bay window, soffit, gutters, correcting flashing around chimney/ roof joints, replacing a patio door, and moving an electric meter/rebuilding fascia. Rick and his team did a great job overall, at a reasonable cost. Everything turned out great and the work was completed in a timely manner. I especially appreciated how well the siding turned out and how professionally the trim was wrapped. We had a few things that had to be caught/changed mid-project such as the gutter down spots were put on the wrong side of the house and the window shutters had to be moved but Par One immediately remedied these outliers. Rick and his team did whatever needed to ensure we remained happy. Thanks Rick and sorry it took so long to get this review up! :o)"
