Palmer Contracting, Inc. home of Roof Claim Express, established 2008, is your local Georgia roofing, painting and gutter installation company who specializes in storm damage restoration and homeowners insurance claims. We have more than 35 years of residential roofing and insurance claim experience. We work with our customers to maximize the benefits of their insurance policy when they endure storm damage that affects their homes. Our installers are “in-house” crews, meaning we only send out our qualified staff while installing top notch materials. Our workmanship and quality is second to none and we have an A+ BBB rating.
