    "My father engaged in a contractual agreement with this company following their assessment that the roofing required repairs due to weather-induced damage. Subsequently, the company undertook the repair work; however, upon completion, it became apparent that their execution left much to be desired. The aftermath revealed a substantial lack of cleanliness in the work area, with unsatisfactory cleaning efforts. Furthermore, their actions resulted in the inadvertent damage of a bird feeder and the bug screens across multiple windows on the premises. Upon being apprised of the damages, my mother took the initiative to communicate the issues to the company. Regrettably, the necessary reparations were only addressed after she initiated contact to express her dissatisfaction. During a subsequent interaction with Chase, who represented the company for payment collection, I requested a copy of the contract to validate the terms of our engagement. Contact information was exchanged, albeit no supporting documentation was subsequently provided. In response to our concerns about the damaged bug screens, a representative named Chris was dispatched to rectify the situation. However, there was an absence of communication or notification before or after the repairs were executed. Drawing from my own prior experience within the roofing and siding industry, I am able to discern the disparity between proper and inadequate procedures. This company, based on my experience, appears to consistently follow practices that do not align with industry standards. Check this companies reviews on Yelp. I regret to inform you that my father unfortunately passed away in July 2023. As I was not the original party to enter into the contract with this company, I feel compelled to emphasize that, given the circumstances and my understanding of their practices, I cannot, in good faith, endorse their services. DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
