"Do not rent or own with this company. They will take you for everything and are willing to do it illegally. Rented from them for over 3 years. Place was an infestation of silverfish, bed bugs and fleas. Talked to a resident of the place who'd been there for 25 years because he couldn't afford anything else and he said the carpets in the main halls have never been cleaned. I believe him because someone puked in one hallway and it remained there. Another instance is someone peed in a stairwell and the smell was horrific. Nobody did anything about it and the caretaker basically shrugged and said "it's not my responsibility"..."

A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
