  • "Do NOT RENT / LEASE from this place! They absolutely DO NOT care about their tenants in any way, shape, or form. All they do is try to lie, and steal more money from residents by twisting the verbiage in their MANY agreements that they make you sign. They do not respond to maintenance concerns, and allow issues to fester in the buildings until they have units that need to be rented, and need to "freshen up" the appearance of their buildings. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!"

  • "i would give 0 stars if i could. Absolute trash in all ways - gone through 2 managers in the span of 9 months - managers have no sense of customer service, paper thin walls, very cheap finish, management is late if you are luck to get a response to anything, Ive been making noise complaints for 4 months for noise after 10pm and even after video proof they still say they cant do much. horrible excuse for a living space. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE"

  • "DO NOT RENT/ LEASE from this organization. They have no concept of customer service whatsoever. If you have issues or concerns about your living conditions the attitude is very much "not our issue" and you did not have to decide to live here". There is little, to no humanity in the individuals that work in the leasing office. You will be told the units are quiet, condo quality, yet the walls are paper thin, and the finishing are cheap (the electric baseboard heater are approx. $50.00 each, the thermostats are $15.00). The appliance are Whirlpool, which are nice, but the entry level models. You will be shown the amenities package that is NOWHERE near being complete, but you will be lead to believe that they are close to being offered. Yes we live in a construction zone, but that does not mean the accesses and egresses to the building need to be unsafe. Parking is ridiculous, but they will claim that parking is not in your lease and is under a separate agreement (parking is currently in a undersized, gravel lot at the back of the construction sight). For you own sanity, and for your own safety, even though we are in a housing crisis, avoid living here."

  • "I worked on the Colwood Corners site.. For a number of weeks until this morning when I was rudely approached by a "Boss".. Getting screamed at..being an indigenous female ..this was absolutely appalling..As I spoke up for myself I was fired and walked off the site while this man was so proud of himself..saying he loved doing that $h!t..Horrible management ..very condescending ..appliances getting stolen..poor security measures.. Fences ..cut security camera lines..No safety meetings.. No tools to get work done.. And just a gong show from day to day. Everythings disorganized and did I mention ..horrible management..enough said...its amazing this project still exists..smdh."

Trying to find a number to speak to anyone is a nightmare. They just don't seem to prioritize client service."

  • "Horrible place to live!! (46095 Bole Ave , Chilliwack)I lived there for couple years, it took so long to fix any problems! The price for rent not even worth it! Too much for this! The manager, Brenda ,was trying to rip me off, saying that I need to to do professional carpet cleaning and pest control and clean everything! I paid for this and prepared the apartment for next rentals. After , we did check , on the day when I moved out, she said everything is perfect and clean . I asked her when can I get my money back for pet and damage deposit, she said that the owner come and check it after and then he will say ! what is not legal! We had a fight , and when I moved out, next day she charged me $ 166 because I didn’t clean behind the fridge and oven ! There is nothing in a contract about cleaning!!!! Also they increase the rent during the Covid! They were thinking that I am new to country and don’t know my rights! They wanted to hold on my deposit for a month! I was stupid to say to her - that it’s the law, 2 weeks , or you gonna pay double ) I could have double of this 😁 anyways, I didn’t want to give even one star ⭐️ for this place ! Be careful!"

  • "Living in one of the high-rise built by Onni group in coquitlam. The built quality is 0 in all aspects. they used cheap materials everywhere. Parking in lower ground is always full of water due to bad engineering and we have to deal with mold."

I'm working with over 20 commercial landlords through this pandemic and ONNI is by far the WORST. Arrogant, uncompromising, and predatory are words that come to mind trying to work with these guys. I would be embarrassed to have my name associated with them. If you need a commercial space, my recommendation would be to find another space (ANY Space) but do not deal with these guys.   • "Onni is an absolute nightmare to deal with. We've been a commercial tenant for many years in New Westminster, and they are by far the worst Landlords we have among our many retail locations. During the COVID-19 crisis, we were able to quickly come to agreements with our other Landlords without issue. But of course, as all the other reviews here would indicate, that certainly is not the case with Onni. They are constantly harassing us, and not listening to the reality that people can't pay rent when their business is closed. I'm also hearing this from other Onni commercial tenants. I know several Onni tenants who have sworn they will never renew or lease another property of theirs, and I really hope the news picks this up as these guys should not even be allowed to operate in our communities. Google Onni and spend some time reviewing this and all the other issues with this company before purchasing, renting, or leasing from them."
