We are a 30+ year old exterior remodeling company whose primary goal is to help you enjoy the outside of your home to the fullest. We do this by installing and maintaining products that include sunrooms, screen rooms, decks, pergolas, and more.

"Ordered vinyl windows for screen porch on Jan 6, 2021. Came in wrong the 1st time in August 2021 then finally installed October 2021. 10 months is a long time to wait and hear excuses. (And yes, supply chain is part of issue, but responsiveness and communication was very poor.) I started calling manufacturer to check status. I’m sorry I did not go with Sunspace who I used at previous home and was very happy. My mistake. Don’t let it be yours."

I understand that the warranty had expired but I thought they would at least service what they sell. Most disappointing service ever received. They were quick to install but evidently if you have a problem with your Sunsetter Awning you are on your own. Shame on them......"
