"The Feb ‘21 Texas freeze caused a water pipe to burst, flooding my guest cottage. NWC contractor Todd Elwood gave a very comprehensive report on damages and immediately sent crews to begin repairs. He was very professional, yet very patient and always available with my questions, making sure I understood everything. He knows his business and is excellent with details and keeping me updated on progress. He was very helpful to me in dealing with my insurance. His various work crews were competent, careful and respectful, and always left the job site free of trash & damaged materials. I highly recommend NWC General Contractors! A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
