"I called NW Home Exteriors about repairing a small leak we discovered while cleaning the moss off the roof. Ivan responded to my call right away and came out to inspect and provide a quote in less than hour. He provided photos of other areas on the roof that were leaking and needed to be resealed. He was helpful in explaining all the areas of concern. The price was extremely fair and I especially appreciated that he was able to get his crew out to repair things the very next day considering it was pouring rain out! The roof is old and will need to be replaced in a year or so but Ivan and crew were able to patch things up so that I can have some time save up the money... when I do, I'll definitely be using them again!"
