"My new roof leaked and destroyed my bedroom less than a year later. Step flashing was incorrect. My front porch roof also blew off about 13 months later. For the front porch they tried to convince me that it’s an insurance claim because my owens corning 30 year shingles aren’t rated for extremely high winds of 35 mph 🤦‍♀️. It was a battle but they fixed it. Of course I had to contact a lawyer. I also had the original contract signed by the owner stating a 2 year warranty. They brought a fraudulent contract without signatures showing a 1 year warranty and tried to get out of fixing the front porch. I highly HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!"

A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
