We are a roofing company and a NC licensed general contractor in business since 1999. We are experts in shingle, metal, and any type of commercial roofing.

"Did not have a good experience with this company. Experience started out well and was confident that this was the right choice in choosing them to do some work on a rental property, but when it come down to communication there was none when the job was being done, I was not even aware when they started on the job or finished, I would have to keep contacting them to find anything out, and it was two weeks after the job was done when I finally asked if it was complete for them to then let me know it was done. Then when billed for it, all I received was a total job cost. No itemized bill what so ever which I knew was way over priced for the job that was done. When questioning it, I was redirected and fingers pointed in other directions and the person who I was working with and thought was in charge on the job had no answers for me. When I did get in contact with the adjuster and my complaint was taken and wanting explanation, within 24 hours the price was magically significantly fixed big time and an itemized bill was sent to me which I felt the need for as much money they were claiming the job cost the first time. I was pretty disappointed with the customer service and price gouging that I felt like was attempted on me. When the check finally was delivered I asked for a receipt, and one was never delivered. The guys I always spoke to were very respectful and professional though, and the work was done with good quality I can say that. I wish that it I didn't have to say this but I will not be using this company again for the reasons I listed."

A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
