"I interviewed 3 crews and got estimates on my house and Steve and Northern stood out in terms of service, pricing, and professionalism (and honestly, the other 2 were great -- just Steve was that much better) What's more, the Northern crew did my an amazing job roof which was amazingly tough due to multiple rooflines and a 1920 house. We encountered many difficulties in such a house -- we had cedar shakes where we thought we had plywood, we thought there was only 2 layers of shingles to take of but there were 4 (FOUR!). Despite all this, he still came in under what my expected budget was and only slightly higher than what others' estimates before we knew of the problems. Can't recommend him highly enough. My next door neighbor is a commercial general contractor himself and gave them compliments on a job well done."
