"I would strongly encourage homeowners to take their business elsewhere. Very disappointed in our experience with Norstar. We had shingles and siding replaced from 2021 storm damage. The crew left a mess in our yard at install with nails and siding fragments all over. Within months dimples and buckles developed in the siding. Tyler and crew attempted one repair but the dimples and buckling continued. Since the repair we’ve been totally ghosted by Norstar through phone, email, and the BBB. Added 7/21/2023: Jaymen - The work started on my home was done under the same Norstar Construction brand with a different license number, BC717253. Your current co-owner, Tyler, overseeing the job. Adding another business owner with a new license number doesn’t erase the history of the business in my book like it does for the BBB. The new license still shows up under primarily Tyler’s name, not yours, in state records. If my house were ever repaired in a quality manner, I would consider updating my review. But as it stands the public should be aware of the risks of doing business with your ownership group."
