"The roof on my home was damaged in January 2021 from high winds. Nomad roofing was able to come out on short notice and they did an amazing job on an emergency repair. I hired them to come back in May 2021 to do a complete roof redo. The administrative staff are polite, informed and responsive. Ryan and his team of installers were informative every step of the way and did quality work. They left the property in immaculate condition and left it clean and free of debris. The pricing on a new roof was reasonable and fair. I researched other roofing companies and Nomad roofing was by far the best. I highly recommend this company to look after any roofing needs."

"Nomad Roofing was so good !! They came in and replaced our shingles in almost a day. Mother Nature made them stopped but they came back the next day to finish. Nomad also added 3 more vents to help keep our house cooler in the summer. The staff did a great job cleaning up after they were done our roof. If you need new shingles I would definitely check them out."

"With the recent snow squall, our roof lost several shingles on the upper peaks of a two-story. Nomad had an online booking system set up and I was able to schedule a repair for later that day. They came during the appointment window, repaired the damage using shingles that were a perfect colour match, inspected the rest of the roof, and provided before and after photos. Although this was just a repair, I’d recommend Nomad Roofing to others and would contact them for future roofing needs."

"Our experience with this company was terrible. We received a quote in July for skylight replacement and were told we'd have an order placed and emailed to us within a day. A week later, we had to follow up to ensure an order had in fact been placed and were told the skylights would arrive in ~4 weeks. Six weeks later, we were given an installation date and subsequently took the day off work so we could be at home when the installers arrived. The morning of the scheduled installation, we received a call from the office to say the skylights were never ordered and that it'd be another 4+ weeks. Once again we were given an installation date and took the day off work. The day of the installation arrived and we waited until 10 am before calling the office to see is the installers were coming. We were told they had gone to pick up supplies at the warehouse. 45 minutes later, we got another call from the office to say only one skylight arrived (instead of 2) and that the installation will have to postponed as the weather will not longer be conducive to installation once the second sklylight arrives. Unbelievably bad customer service and reliability. I would never recommend this company."

"Our family’s experience with Nomad Roofing was amazing and it needs to be shared with anyone who needs work done on their roofline. The company was prompt to provide us with several estimates and because of their flexibility and the many options available, we were happy to select them to do the job. The work crew that arrived was prompt, courteous, and friendly and over a couple of days we had our roof re-shingled, a sky-light replaced (highly recommend the remote-control opener), and two sun tunnels installed in our vaulted ceiling. The work on our project was professional with attention to detail, right down to making sure any stray nails were picked up with magnetic sweepers from the yard before they left. "The sales process with Erin was very thorough and informative. She took the time to find out what we were looking for, what our budget was and helped us break down the differences between Nomad's quote and other roofing company quotes we had received. She was willing to make some adjustments to the scope of work to get closer to our budget while still getting a high-quality roof installed. The installers were very nice the whole time they were there and cleaned up after themselves. I was a bit surprised to see that they used our wheelbarrow without asking - but if it made their work easier I supposed I don't mind. The only downside was the fact that it took 3 days to complete the job as opposed to the 1 day we were expecting - but I appreciate them taking their time to ensure the job was done well and not rushing the work. We are happy with our new roof and will recommend Nomad to our friends."

"We received three quotes from different roofing companies to re shingle our roof. The first two were astronomical. Luckily, we were then pointed in the direction of Nomad Roofing. Erin came out, did a very thorough inspection of the roof, complete with pictures. She noticed some shingles that were lifting a bit in one spot and immediately went to her truck, grabbed some flashing and nailed it in place to prevent any leaks from happening. Erin supplied us with a quote before even leaving that gave us a choice of 3 different packages as well as some printed info on roofing material. That evening she emailed a video explaining the whole roofing process which was extremely helpful. Nomad only uses top quality Timberline shingles and offer both a long term workmanship guarantee as well as a 50 year product warranty. High focus on quality is very evident and much appreciated. On the day the job was to be done, Dale and his crew of four arrived, got organized and 8 hours later the project was complete. They cleaned up the whole work area, leaving it as if they had never been there. Amazing!! From start to finish, it was such a positive experience and the price was great. HUGE thanks to Erin and staff."

"Nomad Roofing did an excellent job on our shingle replacement. Of the five companies that I solicited for estimates Nomad was the cheapest, quickest for response and most professional. Erin provided a video explaining the whole roofing process with different packages available for you to choose. This was very educational in knowing how to look at estimates and determine exactly what was included and what was not. Erin answered all my questions quickly and was honest in her evaluation of work that needed to be done and what did not need to be done. I usually try to do a lot of work on my home myself so I don't hire a lot of contractors. Erin and her crew did a great job and I was very pleased the results."
