  • "Solar is worth it, Will the tech/electrician is definitely a great guy to work with , had a issue and it was resolved just would like to be kept in the loop for time frames , and for concerns to not have to escalate to get answers. fingers crossed no more hurdles here on out. P.s check your solar app weekly! Great tip from Will today. (Post is edit from a previously disappointing experience but company resolved it )"

  • "Our solar was installed without any CTs due to electrical wiring issues in our electrical panel, which is understandable, so my SolarEdge monitoring doesn’t show production & consumption data. However, I wasn’t notified about this when installation was completed and had to make multiple calls/emails to find out why. The whole time I thought our solar wasn’t working! If they’re ignoring your calls, try using Google Voice to use a different number. That seems to do the trick for me."

  • "My solar has not worked since June 27th 2022 I have called multiple times a week at least 30 times, left voicemails , sent emails, filed complaints and still cannot get help , my panels are out so know I am paying $220 a month for a loan, paying a electric bill and losing srec credits. I cannot get any help. When they where selling the system to me I had no issues not I have a issue and get zero response."
