Then I discovered that the main vent pipe to the bathroom had been dislodged as it passed through one of the upstairs room and a bad smell was filling the area. I called MTS and instead of calmly listening to me he raised his voice and said he and his company were not responsible for the damage and that I would have to pay for a plumber to repair it. I told him that I didn't think that was fair, but he loudly insisted that it was my problem, not his. I felt deceived by his company and would never recommend him or his company to anyone."
