"I got estimates from several companies last year and this year and went with Modern Method Roofing. From the delightful first call with Cynthia, the pleasant demeanor of Bruce who provided the estimate, the workmanship of Luis C. and Francisco, and the correspondences with Cynthia, Bruce and Lisa, the job was done well and in a timely manner for a reasonable price. I am such a worrier, so I left my husband to handle being home when the roof was installed. Prior to the new roof, I wanted to sell our house. Now I am at peace and I am thankful for all those involved for making the process a smooth one. My next door neighbor has commented twice on how good our roof looks now. An extra thank you to Luis C. for coming back on what I believe would have been his day off to complete the job. Thank you!"

"I recently had my roof and the facia boards replaced in my house. They also installed 3 suntunnels. The roof looks amazing now. The suntunnels are giving so much natural light and the best part is that one of them has a light kit so I can just use the light switch at night. The one that Mr. Nepthali installed in the bathroom comes with an exhaust fan kit. The two gentleman that came were very nice and professional. Baldomero and Nepthali were very pleasant. Also they left the area very clean. I highly recommend Modern Method Roofing."
