Top tier materials were used and they provided design assistance including and extra wide stairway, fabrication of a custom privacy wall and custom PVC lattice and sliding door. They designed and installed a waterproof ceiling and gutter system that converted the underneath to a giant shed that is now dry and can be used year-round.
