"Exceeded expectations. Selecting Miller's: I obtained 5 bids for a shared commercial property. Joshua Miller, the owner, showed up personally, listened to my concerns, looked at water leaks and made recommendations for improvements. I appreciate that the owner takes the time to review each job, meets his crew on site each morning and inspects the job at the end. 100% invested from start to finish. Financially, Miller's bid settled out in the middle. Now that the job is completed, the service we received more than compensates for the difference. Cheaper frequently isn’t better and you can’t put a price on excellent service. Experientially, Joshua Miller and his team came out on top. Our Association took 6 months to ask questions, clarify concerns and work through the bids. Joshua proved very knowledgeable, approachable, available and respectful. As a hardworking business woman, I appreciated his respectful attitude, time and consideration throughout this lengthy process. The job: Amazing from start to finish. A very large commercial roof/gutter system was replaced in 3 days by a hardworking, respectful crew under a tremendously hot sun.
