"Marvin is the best!! He's friendly and efficient. He walked me through the installation of the beautiful roof on my house. He was there again when I called back to have my garage roof done. Some changes were made to the procedures which took away some of what I thought was excellent service. But I called McGlinch and adjustments were made. "We found McGlinch & Sons through an add in the Home Improvements flyer. We were most impressed by the responsiveness of the McGlinch & Sons ten members. Patrick G. visited our home and presented us with 3 roofing options. He is extremely knowledgeable of the roofing process. During our consultation, Patrick provided excellent information and samples of all the products used on our roof. Top quality products were used on our new roof. Price was comparable to other quotes we had received, but Patrick G. was the most thorough. Their warranty and GAF certification were also reasons we chose McGlinch & Sons. Tracy and Colleen from the office were very helpful in arranging the material delivery, answering our follow up questions, and coordinating communications amongst internal departments. Brendan M. was extremely helpful in correcting a minor hiccup we encountered with the installation of our eave vents. The McGlinch & Sons roofing crews were efficient and professional. They started on-time on the day of our installation, removed our old shingles, replaced rotted boards, and installed our new roof all in the same day. They also did an awesome job cleaning up around the outside of our house. The Service Crew who modified our gable vents were very professional and efficient as well. They too did an awesome job at cleaning up after themselves. We are super satisfied with our new roof and highly recommend McGlinch & Sons to anyone in need of a new roof."
