"Follow up - The owner Alfredo followed up immediately. I am impressed with his sincere apology and desire to serve. They helped put me in the direction I needed to go. I would recommend them for future needs. I had Cesar Hernandez from Magallons come to my house and he was supposed to do an estimate for the addition & repair of my roof after seeing my needs. After not hearing back, I called back each week, 5 times over the period of a month and was told sorry each time and that the office staff would get Cesar the message & that he would get back with me. I still haven’t heard from a representative from Magallon after telling the lady on the phone how frustrated I was. I called them due to their High google rating so I felt compelled to tell my experience. Very poor business practice. I hope the owner see’s this and can help Cesar understand this is unacceptable."
