We are a GAF Master Elite contractor, and are members in good standing with the Better Business Bureau, currently participating in their Customer Care Program. You can also find us on Angie's List and recommended by the Better Home Show at KTSA. We pride ourselves in quality service with total customer satisfaction being our number one priority. The owner, Doug Moncure calls every customer after every job to guarantee that satisfaction. We live by our Mission Statement "We are a team of honest, hard working service professionals making a positive impact in the lives of people." We love to do small repairs and offer services from gutter systems, siding, windows, to any kind of total roofing system.     "I contacted M&M in May of 2021 to get a window fixed after a hail storm. The sales person that came out (William Robb) was very nice and said it would be no problem to get a replacement window and assured me that he could get a matching window to replace the one that was broken in the storm (I asked several times because other companies I had talked to said they couldn't get that style). I signed a contract to have the work done in August of 2021. After several months and me checking in about my window (and being assured that it was ordered and just on back order because of covid) I was told that the window had actually not been ordered and that he was sorry he had forgotten. William said he was going to get it rush ordered and try and have it here as soon as possible. He was very apologetic and I understand that mistakes happen so I didn't cause a big fuss. The window was finally delivered in late June of 2022 almost a year after the contract had been signed. It was the wrong window (even after saying he was sure he ordered a matching window and was sure he could get one). It didn't have the grid for the top of the window so it wasn't something that would be unnoticeable. I sent him a picture and told him this would not work but he did not respond right away. After talking to the office ("a manager") William contacted me to try and work something out. At that point I asked to if it would be possible to be let out of my contract. He said that since they had already ordered the window, they could not let me out of the contract with out me paying for the window (even if I returned the window). I didn't want to pay for a window (especially if it didn't match my current windows) without the window being installed so I asked what he planned to do about the problem because the contract stated he would provide a "matching replacement". He said he could order the grid so the window he ordered would then resemble the windows I currently have in my home (and he would "cover the cost"). The window still isn't fixed and it is now November of 2022, well over a year after signing the contract to have the work done. I am not usually one to write bad reviews or complain, but at this point I don't know what else to do. I have not even heard anything or received any update since June 29th. I do not know how this place is still in business but I would definitely not recommend them with anything unless you want to wait a couple years before the work is completed. I can not speak to the quality of work yet because nothing has been done but I hope it is going to be impeccable seeing as I have been waiting so long to have it completed. Hopefully someone from their office will see this and do something before the two year mark."
